Well my last Blogg was kinda short so i thought i`d make a new one.
I just started training Kickboxing again after 3months of Injure.
Well It started at training, i was training some advance kicks, and when i got my third kick in the air and was about to land i understood that this was not going to go well.
I landed on my ass and it hurt, but nothing did break at that moment, it was 2 days after that again at work.
I was working on a car that we got in, the job was a simple one all i had to do was to change the gear box on this car.
3hours out in the job i had just gotten the gearbox down, and as i was to put it down i backed up a bit and tripped over some parts that was laying on the floor and landed on an engine with my ass.
That was not the best of feelings, but I as the usual stubborn me did not go to the doctor because i thought this was nothing.
So one week later things started to get worse, I couldent get in and out of cars any more took ages to do simple things, they pain just got worse and worse .
So i finally decided to go to the Doctor, so this was a Friday and i was just about to take the weekend.
I got and appointment that same day.
Well my doctor told me i had a broken (tailbone), sorry i dont know if thats the right word for it but think you understand, and on top of that i got a inflamation in the broken bone to.
So hospitable was my next stop at this time.
They hade to do some fixing and stuff and Long story shorter, here i am 3 months later and i just got well enough to start light training again.
So my Tip of the Day is Watch ur Ass :)
